Funding Process

Venture Grant applications are submitted by teachers at the start of each school year and awarded in November. Teachers will be notified via email when the application process has begun.

Strong & Healthy Grant applications are submitted each winter by “champions” designated to represent the areas of need in the community, including nutrition, literacy, mental health, toiletries and household supplies, academic fees and uniforms and supplies for career and technology students. Additional areas may be added as necessary.

All applications are reviewed by a committee of PMEF board members.
