The Penn Manor Education Foundation is sponsoring a Basketball Foul Shooting event
open to all students K-12, teachers, parents, community members, and alumni.

All proceeds will benefit the students in the Penn Manor School District with a venture grant for a wellness/fitness initiative at each participating Penn Manor school.

DATE: Saturday, November 16, 2013
TIME: 12 noon to 1:30 PM
PLACE: Penn Manor HS East Gym

No pre-registration necessary.

Collect pledges prior to event for either Shots Made or a Set Amount. Participants may shoot as individuals or as a team of five. On the day of the event, all participants will shoot a total of 25 foul shots. Pledge payments based on a set amount can be turned in the day of the event. Pledge payments based on shots made can be mailed to PMEF, P.O. Box 1001, Millersville, PA 17551 by November 26.

INDIVIDUALS:
Collect $25 or more – receive a Shoot for Education T-Shirt
Collect $100 or more – receive the T-shirt and a Free Pizza from Domino’s
Top Student Fundraiser (minimum amount collected to qualify is $100) – one student from each participating Penn Manor school will receive a $50 VISA Gift Card

TEAMS (Teams must have 5 participants – all students or all adults):
Collect $125 or more – each team member receives a Shoot for Education T-Shirt
Collect $500 or more – each team member receives the T-shirt & Free Pizza from Domino’s

Top Student Team and Top Adult Team (minimum amount collected to qualify is $500) – Team will receive a $100 VISA Gift Card.

If either top team turns in over $1,000 in pledges, a $200 VISA Gift Card will be awarded to the team.

Participants who make 20 or more foul shots will receive a Sharpshooter Award
