Ali Scholarships benefit PMHS students

Many thanks to the Walter Ali family, which again this year provided scholarships for Penn Manor High School seniors who completed college courses while enrolled at the high school.

This year’s recipients include Lee Estep, Michael Garrett, Hailey Kresge, Alessandra Levato, Jacob Rossi, Craig Jahnke, Alan Dang, Maggie Gross, Christian Strother and Luke Knisely. The Ali Family Dual Enrollment Scholarships provided $1,000 for each student to offset the cost of tuition at Penn State York, Millersville University, Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and other colleges and universities.

The scholarships are among the 40-plus awards totaling nearly $60,000 sponsored by Penn Manor Education Foundation for members of the Class of 2015.

We could not do this without the generous support of our donors!
