Extra Give supporters help raise more than $13,000!
November 20, 2017Many thanks to our truly extraordinary supporters for donating more than $13,000 to PMEF during the Nov. 17 Extraordinary Give!
The 24-hour online giving event generated 124 gifts and attract 26 first-time donors to Penn Manor Education Foundation. The total amount raised more than doubled last year’s total.
Incredibly, the event raised more than $8.6 million overall for nonprofit organizations serving Lancaster County, a new record.
We are extremely thankful to Bert’s Bottle Shop for hosting a PMEF Extra Give Happy Hour, and the many Millersville area businesses that contributed to gift baskets for the event.
We also thank Darrenkamp’s for inviting PMEF to participate in an Extra Givemobile event, where we showcased Wrangler, the Manor Middle School therapy dog partially funded by a PMEF grant.
